2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel. When you access it, technically necessary connection data is processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested page, transferred data volume, browser and operating system. Processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Depending on the technical processing, data may also be processed outside the EU using the safeguards provided for by data-protection law.
3. Quote and contact enquiries
When you use an enquiry form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, take steps prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for general contact, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Required fields allow us to identify the company, delivery location, scope and any follow-up questions.
4. Transmission of form messages
Form messages are transmitted to anfrage@getraenke-grossmann.de through a transactional email service. The information entered in the form is processed for this purpose. A data-processing agreement is concluded with the service provider and the sending domain is technically verified.
5. WhatsApp
When you follow a WhatsApp link, you leave this website and use the provider's service under its own privacy terms. You can contact us by email or telephone instead if you do not wish to use WhatsApp.
6. Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, profiling or embedded audience measurement. Technically necessary functions may use local browser storage or session technology where required for the function requested.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, perform a contract or meet statutory retention requirements. Enquiries that are no longer required are deleted regularly.
